We don't.  Honestly, some of the comments here are borderline if not outright trolling.  When we see an attractive woman we are drawn to her, yes, but we don't imagine what she looks like naked (I already know what a naked woman looks like, thank you).  We don't graphically imagine sleeping with her, either.
