The "women can't bulk up from lifting heavy" and the "women absolutely can bulk up" posters. On any thread discussing working out with weights, you can count on these two showing up and fighting about the topic. Others join in and then the "you're not bulky, you're fat" poster turns up.

I'm Sad Mom and I have sought therapy many times but I did not find any of it helpful at all. I also saw an infertility therapist, also not helpful at all.
