So what? Last I checked Hillary was white and last I checked the majority of white woman voted for Obama 4 years ago. So what does race have to do with this? But since you must, 30% of Hispanic woman voted for Trump too. And until black woman start to realize the Dems keep them down on purpose for their continued support by making false promises every 4 years, they will always be high % to Dems no matter the candidate. You're not following the logic. If a state like Alabama passes a law that says life begins at conception, using the pill or an IUD in that state would be murder because it evacuates a fertlized egg.

The extra cost would be because women would have to travel to a different state to get birth control that isn't abortifacient -- a condom or diaphragm.
