I feel so bad for Khloe. She worked so hard to mentally let go of her marriage after Lamar made it clear he wouldn't prioritize it and her, and now she's forced to not only know he's self-destructing in a very serious way but get 100% involved in his care.

He's not dead AFAIK (don't really care if he does though)...he "died" several times in the ambulance, but that just means his heart stopped and they had to restart his heart,

About his heart stopping in the ambulance? I don't remember I just googled the subject and it was mentioned in the report I read. I didn't bother reading the article in full though just skimmed the highlights, i tend to stay away from anything Kardashian.

NBC is reporting that sources say he had a stroke, suffered brain damage and is on a ventilator. I hope he recovers.

Lamar Odom took 10 Reload pills over the course of 3 days before he fell into unconsciousness -- according to people at the brothel -- and the FDA says the pills are so dangerous they've advised consumers to throw them away IMMEDIATELY.

The FDA determined Reload contained sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra. The label does not reveal the presence of that ingredient, which is normally restricted to prescriptions monitored by a doctor.

The FDA says sildenafil can "lower blood pressure to dangerous levels."

curious what that means. If he dies, is she still legally his wife? Does the divorce go thru posthumously?
