Thanks OP for letting us know how you are doing. Glad to hear things are better and that you are getting some help. I had been thinking of you, having myself been through a terrible post-partum period of sleep deprivation and depression. Now I'm much, much better and so is my son, now 3. It's just my way of saying that things will get better.

he is 3 months old, but since he's a premie, he is acting like a 1 month old, in which case, this is entirely normal. babies wake a lot. they don't keep our schedules. please hang in there, and try to find someone who can help you.
