| A federal judge has ruled that Liam AND his dad must be released from detention! 🥳 |
And Stephen Miller will tell the Judge NO and nothing will happen. |
| Dang, that ruling was SCATHING. |
Miller is ok with protecting rich pedos, though. Never hear him speaking out against them. |
Liberal bill Clinton appintee judge lol |
|
Released with his father, but not quite yet! Liam is the poster child for the Dilley Detention Center. The center was shut down by Biden in 2024. Trump reopened it.
The judge will not ignore the remaining children including a 2 month old, and a young child suffering from appendicitis. Dysentery from putrid conditions and putrid water. Hundreds of kids have been protesting for days and screaming Libertad! Let us out! Notice the color coded jackets? |
From the judge's ruling:
I wonder if the judge has evidence of these daily deportation quotas? I have heard it rumored but don't know if there is proof? Someone familiar with ICE says that agents need to capture 8 bodies per day on average, in order to get their $10,000 bonus each year.
Thank you judge, for saying this. |
The power of a cute hat... |
I think it is because ICE agents have performance quotas. They get a $50,000 signing bonus, but they don't get it all at once. They get maybe $10,000 each year and ONLY if they hit their performance metrics, which includes (I have been told) an average of 8 bodies captured per working day (day in the field). It doesn't matter if they capture US citizens or people here legally either. It doesn't matter if people are detained and released with no charges either. That's why they are basically out hunting humans. That's what this has all been about. If you get in their way and slow them down? You are getting in the way of their $10,000 bonus. And these guys they have hired are not from well off backgrounds - that money must be incredibly enticing. If there's one change that could be made by Congress to ICE I wish they could remove the bounty system and the performance metrics. Give them their $10,000 bonus no matter what. |
What I remember was there was an intense legal process, first. There were multiple court cases and rulings, and mediation attempts, before the eventual raid took place. No one was in favor of the raid, but it was carried out lawfully. And for the ultimate purpose of reuniting a boy with his biological father. Not just to deport the kid because he was here illegally. And the boy was NEVER detained in a holding prison. They raided the house he was living in with hus uncle, and 4 hours later he was with his Dad in Cuba. I do recall Mayor Giuliani called the BORTAC agents "storm troopers" |
Ok, but…. What does this more orderly and human process look like? |
First of all, no more quotas or bonuses for agents. Secondly, agents need to only detain people when they have a judicial warrant. Keep detainees close to their homes and families. Preserve the consitutional rights of all people (whether citizen or not) and agents need to be investigated and punished if they violate the constitution, same as every other law enforcement officer. |
