It is unusual but not unheard of. Earlier in this President’s term, a district judge included photo of a card he’d received (to the effect that Trump has pardons and tanks) and included a response to that card in his decision.

As for the inclusion of religious texts, it’s a little odd but then courts and dollar bills display “in god we trust” (and I’m pretty sure it’s not a reference to Allah) so let’s not pretend that Christianity is absent from the establishment.

They have active asylum cases. They have complied with and attended immigration appointments. There is no conviction, accusation, allegation of a crime. There is no threat to public safety. In sum, there is absolutely to excuse for detaining the father and a five-year-old boy.

You are bankrupting America morally and literally when all these cases go to court.

Sorry, I know this was already posted, but it was more of my own sadness at seeing my mom's anguish when he was one of the few pieces of good news there locally. They should all form a huge human ring around his house.
