| You don't need a GLP-1 - someone like you is who phentermine is made for. Phentermine is safe and will curb your appetite. |
| Do not take phentermine. It’s like speed. Definitely take a glp1 over phentermine. I say this as someone who’s taken both for years. |
Who says we have been starving our whole lives? Perimenopause and menopause makes most women gain weight. We just want some "Vanity Weight Loss" and age gracefully thin. |
+1 I am the same but my set weight is 135 and I wish it was 126. |
Actresses don't do it for vanity though: They do it to stay employed, and back then (and maybe still now) to avoid being constantly bullied at work for weighing 5lbs too many. But with GLP1s the idea is that you are not starving at all. It's the opposite: you feel full easily, have fewer cravings, and ime makes you actually life without all the negative thoughts and deprivation and guilt, plus you get to also weigh less. Maybe some would consider it vain, but I personally find it so liberating to not have to think about how much I weigh or overthink what I eat. |
