| How do you get an Rx if you are at a BMI of 24/almost 25? |
Online doc. Fudge the stats, or don’t - nobody really cares |
It’s so hard being short! PP, do what feels good. |
+1 I’m almost exactly the same size as this poster, just a little heavier. I took off about 10 pounds and occasionally need to hit my remaining vials to microdose and maintain weight. I used ro.com |
|
I used it also for perimenopause weight loss. Nothing takes it off, regardless of what people say on here. Every person's body is different and it's actually quite unhealthy to go on a carnivore diet (because the minute you introduce other foods into your diet, it'll all come back) or any other crazy tactic. A much more sustainable way to do this is via a GLP1. And, it's perfectly OK and a legitimate use of the medication. Don't let anyone tell you differently. It works! It allows you to get back on a healthy food+exercise routine and the right path is to take it during the stretch of your perimenopause phase.

| I'm doing it now. |
| Hey OP, I did it for vanity. Worked like a charm. Got it from Fifty410, an online pharmacy. Went from 22 to 19 BMI and feel amazing. All my old clothes fit again. Shopping is fun again. Tirzepatide helped me lose weight by reducing my hunger. Of course, I understood that to lose weight, I needed to eat less. My problem was that I didn't have the willpower to fight against my hunger. On Tirz, I don't need willpower anymore. It's awesome, and I'll probably stay on my tiny dose (now 0.5 mg/week) forever. |
NP I had considered doing this too, for vanity. I had not heard of skin side effects but that would rule it out for me. I work out more than most, heavy sweaty daily workouts and I push myself more than most. My issue is an insatiable constant hunger. I think being fed is why I can do more situps/pushups/plank workouts than thinner people on less calories. I'm just in a vicious cycle and curbing hungry is rough when I work out so much. |

I have and it was great. I lost 15 pounds and have maintained that on taking Ozempic once every two or so weeks instead of every week. Now I want to find a cheaper provider — I’m paying about $300 a month, but I don’t know if online docs will prescribe it for maintenance purposes to a person that is at a healthy BMI
|
| Who was your provider? |
| I am 5’7 and was at 150 and microdosed glp1 and now am at 135 eight weeks later. Goal is my college weight which was about 125/130. I’m in my mid 40s and was gaining weight from perimenopause. |
I’m like you. With a lifestyle that involves healthy habits I’m like a 23 bmi. Only with extreme measures do I get below that. |
For people who did this for vanity, how long did the weight loss take? |
So after peri you'll go off of it? |
