Do you want rapid expansion with over dilution so when private equity takes over you have a larger market share, or do you want less expansion, meaning more competitive teams?
less expansion. As you can see with VRSC getting destroyed they dont have enough talent across all age groups.

Interestingly GA was smaller than ECNL until this year where they now have about the same number of clubs.

I hope GA bumps the breaks a little this year and doesn't add another 20-25 clubs. Continuing to grow doesn't always mean making something better.
yep. But its rumored there will be another one. Chasing boys MLSNext so girls will be sacrificed to GA gods

PitchProphecy2011 give us the 411 . Hear it may be your club? How do you feel about that?

Wait but we were told that with Chris Marvin Janice and the other GA staff including grumpy Eric with anger problems we were going to dominate not only the eastern seaboard but entire nation! What’s happening the our OneFamily?

I dont have a horse in this race but from the outside you seem bitter about other people's accomplishments. Win or lose they were at the GA event. Now that they know the level of play they'll know what they need to bring to be successful.

No skin in the game, but last week a parent from that club asked about credentials for the club coaches and was quickly erased.

Please define accomplishments by the above mentioned. Thank you.

I dont understand your logic. It doesnt matter why they were at the GA Winter Showcase. They were at the GA Winter Showcase. Recruiters wont care why clubs were invited. They just want the opportunity to look at players. It seems like you're reaching to try and find some way to make it seem negative.

Those listed are seasoned ga coaches who were in champions cup and didn’t win any or almost no games. Not novice ga participants. No excuse for this failure, but they are too arrogant to own responsibility for a total failure. Many parents are silently in disbelief at how there is no accountability for the terrible crue. Compare to how VRSC treats their boy teams and these should be immediately fired. They don’t even follow their own club protocol and do so with impunity. Similar to their favorite players who don’t show up on time with no consequences or punk out because they look bad in a major competition. This crue needs to be immediately removed from this club if they want to have continued growth. Silence because these cats would retaliate against a child to prove their better than everyone else.

GA champions cup is where the top clubs get their own showcase. It makes a big difference exposure wise if your club is in that group. VRSC benefits by being in a very weak conference so they can be included in the top clubs. Remains to be seen if they will remain top 2 in their conference next year to stay in champions cup. Charlotte Independence is firmly in 1st. The 2nd champions club spot is a toss up right now between VRSC, McClean, SYC, and NVA

I would say from our experience, the fields are in bad shape. Even the turf fields are not great (they are old, worn and hard), but turf was way better than the grass fields. Maybe one or two of the grass fields were ok (and GA made sure those got the social posts), but the fields are in rough shape which make for poor soccer.

The experience, GA does a great job with that. Scouts, i thought there were more this year than in past, but there were some that left after the first day or two to head to ECNL from what our manager told us as they were talking to the scouts on the first two days.

The weather was obviously better than ECNL, but i think they really have to consider better complex from a field standpoint. I know MSLNEXT had Arizona, but if you are going to go West, the Arizona complex is the best one.

Say your an ECNL troll without saying your an ECNL troll.

Nope, the OP and my DD plays in GA and I'm happy she does. Still doesn't mean i can't be frustrated with the playing surfaces. Tell me you didn't go to CA without saying you didn't go to CA.

Stoo being a loser. This was from last weekend. Look at the fields, they were all really nice.

The turf seems a little weird or worn, but the grass fields I saw seemed fine.

Hace unas semanas este entrenador estaba abusando de mi hija. Lo confronté al respecto y no hizo nada.

Are you serious? People called you out on your lies about the grass so now you're complaining about the turf fields.

No, the turf fields were nice just like the grass fields.
