I dont have a horse in this race but from the outside you seem bitter about other people's accomplishments. Win or lose they were at the GA event. I dont understand your logic. It doesnt matter why they were at the GA Winter Showcase. They were at the GA Winter Showcase. Recruiters wont care why clubs were invited. They just want the opportunity to look at players. It seems like you're reaching to try and find some way to make it seem negative.[/quote] showcase is different then champions cup. GA champions cup is where the top clubs get their own showcase. It makes a big difference exposure wise if your club is in that group. VRSC benefits by being in a very weak conference so they can be included in the top clubs. Remains to be seen if they will remain top 2 in their conference next year to stay in champions cup. Charlotte Independence is firmly in 1st. The 2nd champions club spot is a toss up right now between VRSC, McClean, SYC, and NVA[/quote]
