W&M to be US academic home of submarine production

I don't know of anyone that chooses WM for engineering since WM doesn't have engineering.

Maybe take an English class. The one reason to go to VT is for Engineering. With this new sub program at W&M the scale may be tipping that way (pending more info on the program).

I've never seen an ODU booster on here before. No W&M was offered EVMS before ODU was and they turned it down.
