We need just 5% of the population to hit the streets in protest. That’s how this ends.
. Sounds easier than winning an election.

Very first step in keeping his name out of our mouths and talking about what’s going on now in terms of billionaires taking over.

Can't do that

He's the one doing the doling out

And with the way these weeks have gone, you think there will be an election?

We have to do that. No one wants to be ashamed of their choices. If you just make the next election about fighting to preserve America from the billionaires, we win. We have to move on, he’s an old man, this is about much more than him. It’s about the people who control him and who want to control us.

I don't want them to be ashamed

I just want to know if they are feeling better off

You can do that without mentioning who is in charge. You just ask about how things are - now - vs how they’d like them to be. And listen.

Sure, but Trump's tariffs have such a ring.

Anyway maybe it's best to do your thing with the people in your orbit. There may need to many different prongs to this pitchfork

Sure. I’d say um you might be in a bubble if you don’t know people who are Trump voters or Trump curious. They’re everywhere, that’s how he won. They don’t need to be told they made a mistake over and over again, they’ll just double down.

Speaking of the 1700s

Same year as the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 that Trump is now using.

His executive power needs to be shut down if he can't even remain in the last 50 years let alone the last century to cherry pick the laws he applies

I know they are everywhere. I'm in a red area. Some aren't thrilled. Others confused.
They didn't vote to overthrow the Constitution. Trump went rogue and did this.

Hmmm, that’s promising. The Trump voters I know agave their heads deeply in the sand still, they think all is well.

I see. Biden protecting U.S. land
Vs. Trump using the law that paved the way for Japanese internment during WW2 (but not German of course.)

They are exactly the same

Hopefully all these horrified Trump voters will go for adorable Mayor Pete Buttigieg next time. We have reason for optimism. It’ll be a long four years, but then… good times for Democrats again. Between Buttigieg, Pritzker, Walz, Kelly, Harris, AOC, etc, we could together quite a cabinet.

Who is your favorite US Senator? Mine is Gillibrand.

I'm coming to the realization that there really isn't anything we can do that will change anything.

Elections in 2026 and 2028 if they are still fairly held.
And otherwise it has to be civil war.
