Sadly it seems like Americans aren't interested in the truth anymore. |
A Clinton! |
Trump is wealthy that is true- but he is white tr___ ok, anyone can see that. He is German/scotch, eats overcooked meat with ketchup, wears ill fitting clothes and has ugly hair. he might be of a high economic class but socially- despite wharton (pfff Pennsylvania)- hes in british parlance common, he is not of the same social intellectual class as say Tom Cotton, Hawley, Obama etc. He is not hip, he is no different culturally than someone living on the gulf coast in a trailer and that is obvious. Lets be honest- joe biden has "bettered' himself but is capable of showing that side of himself. that is what most americans want- |
I don't think the progressive wing constitutes a majority of Dems. And frankly they are losing us national elections. The Dems need to temper the progressives down a bit and refocus on the working class. |
Hmm, that kind of looks like what the stock market did yesterday. |
Because apparently Women can’t be centrist and have no great ideas. |
If someone says they’re against DEI, forget the acronym. Make them use the words. Ask why they’re against diversity. Ask why they’re against equity. Ask why they’re against inclusion. |
Because it's forced by government bureaucrats. |
Because if they don't, YOU DISCRIMINATE. |
this is not longer about democrats. or even republicans. these people aren't republicans. They are freaking extreme cult psycopaths. |
This +100 |
DEI, at least the version of DEI embraced by corporations and the Democratic Party, is at heart an anti-labor movement. It is designed to sow distrust and discord between working class and middle class people who might otherwise unify on class-based issues. You don’t believe this? Point out all the private schools, corporations, etc. that support “lower class” affinity groups. Show me the month dedicated to “Working Class History Month.” Tell me why Amazon threw so much money at the race-based affinity groups in their warehouses. The answer is this: there are no “working class” affinity groups at most corporations. Why? Because those are called “unions.” DEI — at least the version of DEI championed by Democratic politicians — is directly contrary to unionization. It divides by race and sex/gender, elevating immutable characteristics over characteristics that would unify a struggling working and middle class. And I do not see the Democrats winning until they figure out how to become truly pro-labor while also not angering the wealthy identity-focused donors who would prefer to keep labor weak. |
100% Truth. But from what I continue to see most Democrats refuse to do this self-reflection and will refuse to make these changes. Most refuse to even admit that they went too far left. From what I see all they want to do is a repeat of what the DNC platform was during the last administration. Remember Kamala's words "I wouldn't change a thing". That's what lost the election. But if Democrats simply go with a platform where they promise to bring back DEI, bring back all the gender pronouns and basically roll back every single thing the GOP Administration does in its 4 years...there's no hope. I would love to see a third party rise from the ashes like a phoenix - the Common Sense Party. |
Equity is racist and Marxist social engineering. I believe in a meritocracy. MLK said that he had a dream that one day people would be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. Liberals don’t believe in his words. I hope for MLK’s dream for my children. |
Listening to what the Trump voters are saying instead of calling them stupid would be a good first step. |
