Neighbors who don’t bother to clear their sidewalks

I am 70 years old and all my neighbors are much younger with husbands and sons. I use to clear all the sidewalks on both sides of our street until one day the walk behind snow blower stop working when it sucked up a Washington Post newspaper. It took hours to clean it up. The paper was frozen inside the machine. The neighbor told me to replace their paper which I did. Now, I just do in front of my home. All the money these neighbors have spent on expensive cars, you would think they would hire someone to clear their walks.
