Close or delay for cold?

Remind your kid to decide whether to walk on the sidewalk or on the grass depending on how the sidewalk looks. It’s manageable. Drivers will check their buses and the vast majority will start. We can all handle a variation from normal.

This delay feels less about the snow and more about the cold temps.

Yet somehow children in DC, Arlington, and city of Alexandria will carry on through the cold temps and their buses will start.
