So avoid:
GFR
VSA
VYS
BRYC
PW Courage
Richmond Strikers (not local so on this list)
Stafford Revolution
DCSC
LMVSC

The only standalone club would be Arlington by this metric, no? Every other club around thats VPSL or ECNL has 'feeder' clubs or they only have VPSL.

Wait a minute, you must be new to soccer? PWSI, VSA and Herdon feed in to ENCL VDA teams. The same may that Mclean and VYS do now. Please don't provide false info.

It's not false info, PP is saying avoid those. The only club that stands alone fully is Arlington.

I would also add McLean, SYC and GFR to those. That should give you a good list of teams to contact and find a good fit for your DD.

GFR on the girls side is a sinking ship.

No way! Have you ever seen them play?
GFR 2015 beat a couple of 2014 teams in the pre-season tournament, GFR Pre-Ecnl team is on πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Yeah easy to win a pre season tournament when you bring in 3 guest players but ok!

It's pretty easy to click on those two links and see which clubs are at the bottom. Herndon and Villarreal fighting for that bottom spot.

What is the purpose of putting a team in pre encl if they can’t compete at that level? Seems unfair to both teams on game day. Seems like those losing teams must never touch the ball.

It is Pre ECRL now. Basically, any team that has RL is in it.

Is there a way to avoid that if you are a losing team? If you can never touch the ball it seems like you would be poor competition for the strong opponent and would never build in game skills.

Remove GFR. Start strong at young ages and then everyone leaves. 2014s are dropping off. Lost three strongest players in Fall. Same for 2013s.
