Op here - just want to say that I appreciate a lot of the responses with practical advice - especially about giving him 3 options of food and that’s *it*.

When I wrote this I was withdrawing from an SSRI and feel much better. We are looking at preschool too for more stimulation and are on wait lists for two different Jewish preschools.

I hope it’s just a rough phase.
