Step 1: Read book about Robert Hanssen, decide that this proves the FBI are idiots and that you too have the potential to be a Super Spy despite the fact that Hanssen was a computer expert working in counterintelligence who had the luck to be operating at the same time as Aldrich Ames and you are some low-level Navy guy.

Step 2: Don't approach the Russians or the Chinese or some other unfriendly foreign power who would have zero interest in ratting you out but would also immediately and appropriately categorize you as a moron not worth their time. Approach France or Brazil or South Korea or another country that is friendly enough with the US to reach out to FBI attaches abroad and allow their embassy to be used to play a trick on you. Send them stupid emails that read like a Dan Brown novel.

Debt grew plenty under Trump the tax plan was unsustainable. But do t let's facts get in the way of your opinions
