They’re saying that for all the parents showing off and framing their sonogram photo, EVERYONE can see it’s a baby! And that’s NOT helping the abortion industry. Oops. |
It always does. I’ve heard some conservatives say they don’t feel there should be rape exemptions because it will encourage women to make false accusations and ruin men’s lives just to get an abortion, and relatively few women get pregnant from rapes. I wholeheartedly disagree, but at least those people are consistent in valuing men’s rights and the embryos’ rights more than they value women’s rights or women and children’s quality of life. |

“A federal judge in Jackson, Mississippi said that the state's controversial "fetal heartbeat" law "smacks of defiance" after hearing arguments seeking to temporarily block the anti-abortion legislation on Tuesday morning, CBS affiliate WJTV reports.”

No bias here at NPR. Just move along......... |
Using proper terminology is bias? |
There’s that pesky science again. |
Obviously. So are presenting facts and science. |
+1 Because it IS their baby--God's creation--growing inside its mom. |
Ok. And some aren’t wanted. It’s very sad, but reality. |

So in Alabama, if you’re convicted of murder, you permanently lose your right to vote. I guess that means if a woman were charged and convicted under the new law for aborting a child conceived from rape, she would lose her voting rights if she doesn’t die in prison. At least if he’s convicted, voting rights would be rescinded for her rapist as well, although he would likely get a shorter sentence IF he’s caught and convicted.
Sounds like a solid plan. Take away women’s rights to choose what happens to their own bodies, then take away their rights to vote if they still try to exercise control over their uteruses. |
My religious beliefs say that a soul doesn’t enter a baby until the quickening, around 20 weeks. Up until then the fetus a simply a carapace and not an ensouled person. That’s my religious freedom to believe that and you can’t deny me my religious freedom. Therefore your attempt to force me to carry an unwanted pregnancy does not have legal standing. |

Just two men (of course) at The Federalist (of course) arguing that women should be prosecuted for having abortions.

Only women should be allowed to discuss snuffing life. |
