Westland bus incident

A middle school parent went on the bus to ask about the temperature? How ridiculous. If she had a concern she should have raised it with the bus depot. A quick note to the principal would have given her the correct contact info. Instead, she aggressively goes on a middle school bus and films the driver and students. She is no better than the driver and should both be banned from the bus.

Not even close to what actually happened.

The driver apparently has a history of being super angry. He should not be driving kids around.

Can you imagine if a teacher told a kid to f*** off? Adults just can't do that, even if middle schoolers are being annoying.

The parent went on the bus and taped the driver to have proof that he has anger issues.

Parents had already complained about his habit of yelling at children.

When you hear him yelling at the parent, and his really loud voice and nasty tone, you can easily understand that he could traumatize 11 year olds.

Good for the parent who taped!!!

Driver got reassigned to a different route. Basically the problem got passed around.

Oh my goodness. He should have been fired. I hope he's not reassigned to a special needs bus route for which the children are non-verbal.

I do agree with county that she was wrong to step on the bus. He does ask her, politely to get off the bus before she starts arguing.

I also agree. And she kind of had him backed in with no way out. It’s crazy behavior.

So disrespectful of her to challenge the driver in front of the kids. I'd be livid if she did that to me, of course he's yelling. MCPS employees are not our personal servants.
