On top of the fact that your fiancee can't even be sober for your wedding. That is how you want it to happen for you? Rushed, last minute because of a custody issue while he is drugged up and his mother is sobbing in the background? I get the actual wedding was still to come but come on.
Also, what is the policy for production? Do they have any obligation to intervene watching him drive in that condition?

I think if producers had been present, they would have intervened, especially with the 4th wall being broken. They called 911 when Jenelle and Nathan were violently fighting and Nathan locked them out of the house. The recording was played during the episode, but framed as the neighbors calling. It seems that they will intervene in a truly dangerous/life-threatening situation. All of the car scenes are filmed with mounted cameras.

Usually the producers are following or listening to audio in the car scenes. At least I thought so.

I agree about Mackenzie; I lost all respect for her during this episode! And what a field day her child's father could have with that film in a custody/visitation hearing!

Certainly, production would have seen that Ryan was messed up earlier in the day, when he wanted to rush off and get his hair cut before the wedding. He didn't seem to be in any shape to drive then, either.

Ryan wants to go back to court to get more time with Bentley. According to Maci, when Bentley goes "to Ryan" Bentley is actually going to Larry and Jen and they are in charge. Often Ryan is not even there.

I do not like McKenzie at all. She is very tightly wound. She seems to think she's very hoity toity, so I am confused as to what she sees in Ryan. But she claimed to a friend that Ryan will look better in the court's eyes when he goes for more custody of Bentley, if he is married rather than just engaged.

Sorry honey, he still looks like the drugged out hot mess he really is, married or not.

I totally agree. So all of a sudden they have to get married *today* when Ryan is clearly in no condition even to have the conversation let alone to go through with a wedding, Jen is bawling her eyes out - not in a "my baby is getting married" way but because it's not right that people aren't there. And by people I'm sure she means the two little boys who Ryan says "we just won't tell him" - NATIONAL TELEVISION moron. And I'm assuming Mackenzie's son doesn't film? So do it off effing camera. And Also her parents weren't there, but they just had dinner with Jen and Larry a few "weeks" ago and everyone was so happy and crying.

When he started to nod off and talk gibberish in the car and she smacked him, there was no concern - it's not like she was shocked and didn't understand why he was that way, she was just annoyed. Because she knows all too well about his problems. She even said " you took Xanax again"

I think she's pregnant (she was the only one with water during that dinner instead of wine) OR he's in legal trouble and she needs to not be required to testify against him. I'm not sure how we wouldn't have heard of either of those "in real life" if they were true, but an impromptu wedding just to look better in terms of getting custody does not make logical sense, especially when the child in question wasn't even INVITED.

IOW, Mackenzie wants Ryan to go back to court to get more screen time and MTV money for Ryan and Mackenzie.

I can't remember the rationale, but the tapes wouldn't be admissible. There were lots of articles during Leah and Corey's custody hearings and Corey wasn't able to use footage where Leah was actually endangering her kids. I think it may have something to do with MTV could alter the footage.

The preview for the Dr. Drew episode shows Mackenzie telling him that Ryan is in rehab. Obviously he needed it.

Can we talk about Simon for a sec? Is there even a 0.00001% chance he's in this for anything BUT camera time/to have his name out there?

This probably varies by state.

No f*cking way he's in it for any reason besides money. I would bet money that he and Farrah have a contract defining their "relationship."

According to The Ashley, it's the contract they sign that made the tape inadmissible. http://www.theashleysrealityroundup.com/2015/08/12/exclusive-the-real-reason-corey-simms-hasnt-used-teen-mom-2-footage-in-custody-fight-against-ex-wife-leah-messer/

She married a guy like 15 minutes before he checked into rehab, I'd say she already is acting like the white trash she is.
