I agree about Mackenzie; I lost all respect for her during this episode! And what a field day her child's father could have with that film in a custody/visitation hearing! Certainly, production would have seen that Ryan was messed up earlier in the day, when he wanted to rush off and get his hair cut before the wedding. He didn't seem to be in any shape to drive then, either.
I totally agree. So all of a sudden they have to get married *today* when Ryan is clearly in no condition even to have the conversation let alone to go through with a wedding, Jen is bawling her eyes out - not in a "my baby is getting married" way but because it's not right that people aren't there. And by people I'm sure she means the two little boys who Ryan says "we just won't tell him" - NATIONAL TELEVISION moron. And I'm assuming Mackenzie's son doesn't film? So do it off effing camera. And Also her parents weren't there, but they just had dinner with Jen and Larry a few "weeks" ago and everyone was so happy and crying. When he started to nod off and talk gibberish in the car and she smacked him, there was no concern - it's not like she was shocked and didn't understand why he was that way, she was just annoyed. Because she knows all too well about his problems. She even said " you took Xanax again" I think she's pregnant (she was the only one with water during that dinner instead of wine) OR he's in legal trouble and she needs to not be required to testify against him. I'm not sure how we wouldn't have heard of either of those "in real life" if they were true, but an impromptu wedding just to look better in terms of getting custody does not make logical sense, especially when the child in question wasn't even INVITED.
