Certainly, production would have seen that Ryan was messed up earlier in the day, when he wanted to rush off and get his hair cut before the wedding. He didn't seem to be in any shape to drive then, either.

I can't remember the rationale, but[b] the tapes wouldn't be admissible[/b]. There were lots of articles during Leah and Corey's custody hearings and Corey wasn't able to use footage where Leah was actually endangering her kids. I think it may have something to do with MTV could alter the footage.[/quote]
