GDS has not repudiated the vendor they hired who did work for Epstein per DOJ docs. When that became known they should have publicly cut ties. |
The family's email said that's what the police said. |
Yes: "Following an exhaustive investigation by MPD detectives,” an MPD spokesperson wrote to the Bit, “this case has been closed due to the absence of credible leads.” The spokesperson did not specify when the department closed the case. “The case would be reopened should new, credible evidence be presented to MPD,” the spokesperson wrote" |
Where is the link? What is the document reference? |
So MPD expects evidence to BE PRESENTED to them. What. I think the police is a big part of the problem. They expect someone else to do the work and give them the evidence. Is that how sloppy DC Police works. So no proactive actual police detective work where you hunt for evidence? No effort to retrieve video data from a camera that could unlock things. Just expect whatever GDS says |
+1 where’s the fbi? MPD is useless!!! |
|
All of this is circular.
Were any teachers, staff, or students interviewed by anybody other than the victim/accused? |
Alleged victim |
This has been provided multiple times. These are bad faith post. |
https://theaugurbit.com/2026/02/12/developing-family-alleges-child-raped-at-lower-middle-school/ Posted again to make it easy to find the link. I wish the Washington Post wasn’t recently gutted so adult journalists could cover the story. The student paper seems ok taking MPD at their word that the police did an exhaustive investigation before determining there was no credible evidence of anything happening. |
There's nothing in the Augur Bit to show that T&M participated in the Epstein cover-ups, which is what the anti-GDS posters allege. Also, if according to the anti-GDS faction T&M is so unreliable and unethical, then why would you find value in reading their report? |
Sorry. Thought we were talking about alleged incident at GDS and not the Epstein files. Maybe take that to the Politics thread? |
No, MPD investigated based on the child's information, which was that two boys raped him in the bathroom at a specific time. He couldn’t identify the boys because their faces were covered and they changed their voices. This happened in November and it was reported in December. What exactly do you expect the Police to do? They probably asked for physical evidence, but there not be any marks on the child and I would guess the clothes he was wearing had been washed multiple times. The bathroom would have been cleaned. What makes you think they didn’t ask if there was videotape footage of that specific location from that specific day that they could review? Again, the report was weeks after the event, more likely then not any video from that day had been overwritten. Do you think the Police should have interviewed every child taller then the victim? And what would they ask? Did you rape an 11 year old on this date or know someone else who did? Has anyone in your class discussed raping another kid? Has anyone in your class hazed another kid? Or do you really think the Police took the kids testimony and said “OK, we are done.” |
If MPD didn’t do this, it’s straight up incompetence. If GDS then didn’t do it on their own, it’s downright criminal. |
You cannot ethically or legally ask a bunch of minors if they've raped other children. Dear god. |
