Stay out of the road if you don't want to be hit by a scared person trying to avoid being carjacked.

You are not allowed to block ICE vehicles or run away if ICE is detaining you. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are federal police with nationwide jurisdiction, not contractors or security.
If ICE tells you to stop or that you are under arrest for interfering, you must comply. Refusing to obey lawful orders can legally result in detention, arrest, and the use of reasonable force.
Federal law is clear: 8 U.S. Code § 1357 gives ICE arrest and detention authority
18 U.S. Code § 111 makes it a crime to resist, obstruct, or impede federal officers
18 U.S. Code § 3052 grants federal arrest authority
You may observe or record in public. You may not block vehicles, interfere, ignore commands, or flee. ICE are real police, and federal law applies in every state.

Reasonable force isn't shooting someone from the driver's side window.

All of the videos have been posted on this thread. Are you talking about the one where she is going 2 miles per hour and the agent steps out of the way? Because that is that it showed.

No. She was going faster than the speed you stated and the video clearly shows that she hit the ICE agent with her SUV.

CNN shows two different videos of the incident. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit by the reckless driver trying to escape from law enforcement.

Video show not such thing. You are lying. Go back to Russia.

Yes it does. CNN played it twice on AC360 (Anderson Cooper). The second was in slow motion so that viewers could see clearly that the ICE shooter was hit by the SUV.

That video is posted upthread and that’s not what it shows. But regardless he shot after the vehicle was past him. One at the front side angle (through the windshield) and the other on the side.

There are at least two videos shown by CNN. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit when played in slow motion.

Nobody is buying this. He clearly was not hit and no real LEO would call this a clean shoot. He’s a murderer

The third cop is in front in the way of travel, he's the one that shot, not the one with his hands on the vehicle.

Even if he were brushed by the car, which I don’t think he was, but for the sake of argument what kind of idiot stands in front of a 3 ton SUV like that.

At any point in time she could have easily gotten confused and hit the gas instead of the brake, or thought her car was in reverse when it was in drive… that’s why officers aren’t supposed to stand infront of vehicles.

It’s looking more and more like an innocent women, who was trying to move off of a patch of ice, so was waving cars past her because she was on ice and the passing cars were on dry pavement with no traction issues… she didn’t want to skid or slide on the ice and ram into someone so she waited for a clear street, she was doing the right thing, they ambushed her and for that she’s dead.

These mad dogs, killed this woman.

No he was not "brushed with the car" The video is clear he is a murderer he shot her through the drivers window!

If you shoot someone through the front window, wouldnt that imply that they were in the path of the vehicle?

The drivers window is not the front window and LEO are trained not to put themselves in front of a car.

There’s a longer video that shows that multiple other ICE vehicles were able to get by her without attempting to detain her or shooting her in the face. She was not blocking ICE vehicles when the ICE agents jumped out of that truck.

being parked across the road, forcing you to drive into the opposite lane of travel isn't blocking the road?

If you watch the video at time :13 the only person with a drawn gun is positioned in front of the car, not the officer with his hand on the car/through the window

One yelling for her to go, another trying to break into her car to assault her, a third murders her.

None of that wall of nonsense you’ve posted is applicable here. He murdered her, he should go to trial. Put all
Of the piggies on the stand.

Suddenly the Honda Pilot is a “3 ton SUV” ?

You are not a serious person.

Exactly. Thank you.

Her car was in the middle of the street which is a traffic violation for sure. But it isn't somethiung that ICE needs to, or should, regulate.

Did they suspect she was an illegal immigrant? They weren't even on a mission, I read. They were just driving around and got caught up behind the protest?

If they didn't suspect she was an illegal immigrant, and she wasn't even blocking them (because they could get through) then they were NOT operating in their scope of authority. And, it shows... because they were completely incompetent in how the handled the situation.

Untrained thugs with delusions of grandeur.

How does one know that it is ICE vs a carjacker??? Anyone? She waved them to go by then they are in her face. Unmarked cars, unclear uniforms. I would think I was being carjacked!
Anonymous
Also not letting EMS in... I don't care if it was a criminal or not, that is WRONG!! Wtf??

I guess that if you are a big dumb fat untrained lump that is afraid of their own shadow, everything seems like reasonable force.

Can the shooter be held responsible by the state? I know federal authorities won’t do anything , but can Minnesota try him?
Anonymous
CNN is reporting that a physician was on the scene of the shooting. The physician tried to assist the wounded woman. An ICE agent yelled at the physician to get away from the woman or he would shoot him too. The physician had no choice but to step back.

The woman bled out and died on the cold Minnesota ground.

Cars could get through. Proper police should have come and arrested her. That's fine. They know how to do that. She was peacefully protesting, and when you do that you sometimes get arrested. (nonviolent resistance). No one's arguing that what she was doing was legal. But ICE doesn't have the jurisdiction to go around murdering people for blocking traffic. And they can't claim that she was trying to run them down - that's ridiculous. The ICE agent deliberately stepped in front of the vehicle and pointed his gun at her. He put himself in harms way and then claimed self defense.

Anyone who helped him needs to as well.

There was a doctor there for god's sake and ICE would not let him through.

WTH is wrong with you MAGA the video is 100% clear! ICE can not murder US Citizens or anyone for that matter deadly force is unacceptable period.

When elections come around you are ok with this coming to your city so Trump can stay king?

God dammed stupidest cult ever!

He made the mistake of an inexperienced officer. Since that mistake resulted in homicide, he deserves 6 to 20 years with the exact amount of time depending on many factors.

Only if they can catch him. I assume he has fled the state.
