At the start of the video, there was no one in front of the van.

The shooter was on the passenger side of the van. As the woman BACKED UP, and TURNED, he deliberately put himself in FRONT of the van.

Why do you deliberately move in FRONT of a van, if you fear that you will be run over?

Answer - you do not. You move in FRONT of a van that backed up because you want to STOP the van.

So stop saying he feared for his life. He put himself in front of the van. She didn't drive into him. He moved in front of a car that was driving away. And it wasn't barreling into him. She drove at a normal speed. He could easily step to the side, and he would not even have been dinged the tiniest bit, if he hadn't been trying to shoot her.

You don't step into the path of traffic and then shoot the driver and claim she was trying to kill you.

Watch the video again. He deliberately walked in front of the SUV. She didn't deliberately try to hit him. She was trying to leave. She had no way to know for sure that he was actual law enforcement, and ICE aren't supposed to be traffic cops anyhow.

CNN shows two different videos of the incident. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit by the reckless driver trying to escape from law enforcement.

That video is posted upthread and that’s not what it shows. But regardless he shot after the vehicle was past him. One at the front side angle (through the windshield) and the other on the side.

There are at least two videos shown by CNN. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit when played in slow motion.

Nobody is buying this. He clearly was not hit and no real LEO would call this a clean shoot. He’s a murderer

The third cop is in front in the way of travel, he's the one that shot, not the one with his hands on the vehicle.

Even if he were brushed by the car, which I don’t think he was, but for the sake of argument what kind of idiot stands in front of a 3 ton SUV like that.

At any point in time she could have easily gotten confused and hit the gas instead of the brake, or thought her car was in reverse when it was in drive… that’s why officers aren’t supposed to stand infront of vehicles.

It’s looking more and more like an innocent women, who was trying to move off of a patch of ice, so was waving cars past her because she was on ice and the passing cars were on dry pavement with no traction issues… she didn’t want to skid or slide on the ice and ram into someone so she waited for a clear street, she was doing the right thing, they ambushed her and for that she’s dead.

How does one know that it is ICE vs random carjackers??

This year,.criminals have even pretended to be ICE to rob others or attempt rape (I can pull a couple articles if you need receipts). She waves them to go by her so she can go, then suddenly they are in her face with a gun. I'd be confused and terrified too.

There’s a longer video that shows that multiple other ICE vehicles were able to get by her without attempting to detain her or shooting her in the face. She was not blocking ICE vehicles when the ICE agents jumped out of that truck.

But do they have the jurisdiction to be enforcing driving regulations? That's not their mandate. Are they supposed to be giving out speeding tickets? They are supposed to do their job of enforcing immigration law. They haven't been trained like state police or city cops in how to deal with traffic laws and regulations.

And I don't get out of my car because someone in an unmarked car with guns jumps out. I'll drive to the nearest police station. I don't care if they do have FEDERAL AGENT stenciled on their jacket.

Except they don't. A large number of blacks have been executed during routine stops while doing absolutely no harm. Low IQ police don't understand that "you're being recorded" actually means that both parties are being recorded.
