ICE Shooting in Minneapolis

ICE has shot someone in Minneapolis. The DHS spokesperson said it was a “Vehicle Ramming incident” .

The video is so very clear. She backed up first and the officers were behind and to the side. The witness believe she heard them yelling get out of here, so it's possible she believed she was following orders.

There is ZERO justification for this shooting.
