But it isn't somethiung that ICE needs to, or should, regulate. Did they suspect she was an illegal immigrant? They weren't even on a mission, I read. They were just driving around and got caught up behind the protest? If they didn't suspect she was an illegal immigrant, and she wasn't even blocking them (because they could get through) then they were NOT operating in their scope of authority. And, it shows... because they were completely incompetent in how the handled the situation. Untrained thugs with delusions of grandeur.[/quote]
