Actually, it's not deflection at all. This is a fact-based point about why I could never support Angelo. His qualifications are paper thin to the point of being see-through. In contrast, your concerns about Miranda are based on conjecture and wild speculation.

She and her supporters of whom there are clearly many on there could quickly and easily quiet the conjecture by stating who she voted for in the last gubernatorial election. But they have not done so. That leads me to believe she's hiding something so we're entitled to assume the worst. This is all within her control. Kind of like Trump not disclosing his tax returns.

What we need is someone who can read a budget, who can ask smart questions, and who knows something about APS, including its strengths and its weaknesses. +1000. Sure would have liked 2 weeks of mask in school when my kids' school had an outbreak and half the teachers and kids were out and there weren't enough subs. But we can't, thanks to the MAGAs/APEs.
