PP has no proof. Don't you know that proof is no longer necessary in today's world. One is guilty by accusation. That is all it takes. Because, we are so woke. Yep - the concept of presumption of innocence is heading the same way as the concept of the electoral college - no longer relevant. (PP is also desperate - the more that comes out, the more it is clear that all these accusations against Kavanaugh were a well-orchestrated smear job. Leland Keyser has stated that she doesn't believe the story that her best friend in HS, CBF, told. That little tidbit is getting lost in these discussions.) |

You forgot that he is an ableist. His constant references to sports is an affront to those who can’t participate in sports. If equal pay for female and gender non confirming athletes ever comes to SCOTUS you know he will vote in favor of the ableists. His behavior also shows that he is a confirmed heterosexual that does not bode well for cases involving LGBTQQ persons. |

If NYT is capable of publishing a damaging story without proof, why do you think someone like the PP would hold back with empty accusations on an anonymous forum. These people have no shame, they have no moral compass. Their goal justifies their behavior: lying is okay so long as it shows a path to their goals, and a good man can be cast as evil if he is in the way of their goals. They are a shameful bunch. |

You can keep insulting us. It clearly fulfills some unmet psychological need. I could go through and post some pretty hard evidence for some of the points I made - like the debt, paid off by some unknown benefactor, the fact that he is credibly accused of attempted rape, and that he perjured himself. I could do that, spending quite a bit of time in the process. But I’m not going to because you could see the canceled checks, you could watch a video of him assaulting a woman, you could overheat him at the bar bragging about lying under oath and it wouldn’t matter to you. It’s all a game to you guys and winning is the only object, even if it’s at the expense of the law, decency and the reputation of the institution. You don’t care. You’re loud and mouthy on here, all four of you, clacking back and forth, merrily plus one-ing like it means there’s wide agreement, posting ever more inane defenses of the indefensible and cruder attacks on people who point out where you’re wrong, and you drown out sane conversation by sheer volume of stupidity. But know this: Brett Kavanaugh is seen by most to be a horrible lemon of a person. He is unfit and you are all fools for supporting him. |

He hasn’t been exonerated, all that’s been shown is s lack of evidence, which isn’t the same as innocence. Brett Kavanaugh has chosen to make himself a public figure, which means we can all keep talking about the accusations against him as much as we like. If Kavanaugh can’t take it, he can remove himself from public life, just like any other public figure. |
