I’m truly embarrassed for anyone still peddling these lies.

Wow. Talk about projection. I hate to say it, but I truly hope you or someone you love is accused of something you did not do. I would love to see how you behave while trying to clear your name. Best of luck.

“Projection” is completely the wrong word to use for your trying to say you disagree. I’m not a rapist and I don’t have any weird checkered sexual past where maybe I pushed or coerced someone into sex. I have a clean conscience.

You on the other hand seem not to understand the tweet I pasted here or what it means for the most vociferous Brett defenders. He didn’t even act like an innocent man wrongly accused, he acted guilty and aggressive. If he were innocent, he should have - as a wannabe justice with connections and resources that most of us can’t dream of, mind you, not five young black man in New York City - said, “I do not remember this incident, I support a full and complete investigation. But he didn’t. He hid behind a shoddy investigation and lashed out.

Older female here. I can assure you that if I were accused of a crime such as assault, rape, sodomy, murder, etc. and knew that I was innocent, I would NOT be responding, "I do not remember this incident."

No kidding. PP's response made me laugh out loud. He had been accused of, among other insane things - gang rape. He was rightfully furious knowing he was innocent and watching the rantings of the left and the compliant media who continued to push the false allegations.
I wasn't initially a fan of the idea of Kavanaugh suing some of these pushing these allegations, but I have changed my mind. I think a suit that would be a huge financial hit to an individual or media group is just what is needed to stop this bull$hit.

Agree completely.

A book whose main evidence of Kavanaugh's guilt is the authors' "gut feeling" (about a person/people they've never even met) which trumps the opinions of those in question deserves the negative feedback.

DCUM libs, you need to brigade the comment section and add positive reviews. Maybe that person who looked at their high school journals should go tell that story on Amazon. Like say, 'I went to some gatherings in HS that I don't remember, therefore Kavanaugh is a rapist!' Go, go, go!!!

Unlike the conservatives leaving fraudulent reviews, why would I leave a review for a book I haven’t read?

The liberals I know read things and think about them before they post. I have no bizarro "loyalty at all costs" to "liberals" or Democrats. I just happen to find more Democrat lawmakers whose policies I agree with.

Only you drink the Koolaid, weirdo Trumpers.

Yes, you’re a thoughtful lot, aren’t you? You really stopped and gave it some serious thought before reacting when the news reported Jussie Smollett had been “attacked”. Oh, and when Nathan Phillips got in the face of the Covington student, you were quite reflective before spouting off, weren’t you? Such a pensive lot.

You realize there are millions of people who might call their politics "liberal" who did none of these things. I did none of these things.

But of course you ignore the staggering number of right wing conspiracy theories and lies.

You just made the point that other PPs have been trying to get over to you.

Some of us are not hung up on the sexual assault stories. Without them, he is still unfit to be on the Supreme Court.

Because he likes beer?

We’re arguing with a bunch of children who didn’t get their way so they’re stomping their feet and sulking. What a bunch of toddlers.

He handled the situation poorly and had some questionable ratings from the ABA.

He handled it better than most any other man accused falsely of gang rape would handle it.
What we see here is the left throwing these ridiculous accusations at Kavanaugh and then screaming - "See, he gets angry too easily!"
Almost like this is what they had planned.

Bingo.

Well, since you all pulled this card this time around, I am sure it will be something totally different with the next judge nominated by a Republican for SCOTUS.
It'll be drug use, or some EEO complaint, or some other accusation that will have no proof or even evidence.
And, the fact that you put any credence in any allegation Swetnick brought is just so, so sad.

Even the Democrats have completely backed off the Swetnick nonsense. She graduated in 1980, 3 years ahead of Kavanaugh. I went to Prep. No way a Gaithersburg HS 3 year older woman freshman at MC at the time is hanging out with a bunch of GP sophomores at multiple parties. She named a dead person, a person who didn't know her as witnesses. That was the extent of her corroboration.

Oh, and why was it that the only 2 people she remembers just so happened to be the same 2 CBF named? And look who represented her. At the time Avenatti was CNN's and MSNBC's darling (he's now been disgraced of course).

As you are so fond of saying, you’re unhinged. Seriously. Isn’t there a stabilizing force in your life that can get you help?

This is how people respond when they have nothing intelligent to say and know it. Pathetic. The PP is exactly right.

Oh.

"But Kavanaugh has also voted with some of the liberal justices as often as he did with the far-right flank during his first term. He sided with justices Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan, for example, the same percentage of the time that he did with President Donald Trump’s other appointee, Justice Neil Gorsuch, according to data collected by Adam Feldman, a lawyer who writes the Empirical SCOTUS blog."

So unless I support Kavanaugh’s appointment, I’m a partisan hack? Even though you know nothing else about me. At all.

From the same article:

Leo and his allies predict that Kavanaugh will evolve to be more like Alito, who is ideologically to the right of Roberts, less willing to compromise or inclined toward consensus. There is some data to support this conclusion. According to Feldman, Kavanaugh sided with Alito 91% of the time in his first-term. In a fractured decision on the court’s most political case of the term, about whether the Trump Administration can add a citizenship question to the Census, Kavanaugh, Alito and the other conservatives split from Roberts and the liberal wing.

Give him time. Mr. Clinton-conspiracy will show his true colors.

The story is weak. Just like the fbi investigation.

But I don’t think you two know the meaning of exonerate.

Kav is anything but.

Because he likes beer?

Because he perjured himself.
Because he attempted to rape Christine Blasey Ford,
Because he was showed serious lapses in judgment regarding keeping his pants up in college.
Because he’s an alcoholic.
Because he’s got a gambling problem.
Because he’s owned by the person or people who paid off his debt.

Brett Kavanaugh is unfit. You can keep pretending he’s some sober justice, but his little drama queen routine should have shown you he is not even if you refuse to acknowledge the rest.
