It was definitely a red flag when the mom was the only person at the wedding. Meghan dumps everyone who does not serve Meghan.

I can see why no black cousins were there. Based on her interaction with Mindy Kaling and “Call me Sussex”, it seems her pretentious attitude turns off everyone from her immediate family to her in laws.

Her half sister on her dad’s side, Samantha, also dislikes her.

I just watched the first episode and I’ll probably watch the one with Mindy because I love her. I guess I don’t get who the show is for.

Is it for women in their 20s or early 30s who may be think there will be a time in the future when they will make home made bath salts for guests and arrange the guestroom with treats and trinkets? I mean it’s a lovely idea but it’s just not most people’s reality lol. And if you’re staying at my house and want a snack, maybe just have one in the kitchen before bed? And do really want a bath?

I thought the pasta looked good and definitely attainable for most people to make - I kind of can’t imagine making a cake got intricate if having one person over for lunch. The candle making - I know one couple from high school who never had kids and are kind of hippie who got into candlemaking while they smoke pot during the pandemic - otherwise I don’t know a lot of people having guests over to make candles.

They have already filmed season two so they’re just going to air it. I can’t imagine it cost that much of a show to produce other than what they were already paying Megan for her Netflix deal. It might’ve been nice if they had taken some feedback from season one before making season two, but that’s not how they’re doing it.

I think the point of the "Call me Sussex" moment was that Meghan likes to pretend that she has dimensions that we don't know about. Her correcting Minday was telling Mindy and the public, 'You have me all wrong. I am not the Suits actress Markle anymore. I'm Sussex now!" So the point is supposed to be thar insulting "Meghan Markle" does nothing because that person no longer exists and is now "Meghsn Susssex." It's like when she pretended that the public did not see her real wedding because the Archbishop actually married them in the yard days before the church ceremony. It was supposed to be something the public did not know, but was also a lie, because the Archbishop said he did not perform a wedding before the church wedding. It was a pure narcissistic lie. Guess what lady we will still refer to you as Markle because that's how you became known to the public.

Kate is known for her cooking skills? The only story I know about Kate in the kitchen is when she made cupcakes with her kids from a boxed mix.

Kate is known for roasting chicken - way back in 2012 before anyone knew who Megan was. She’s also mentioned she makes her own sausage and jams. Megan has serious envy of Kate and always has.

Frankly, anything Kate makes is going to be bland and lifeless. Just like her. I doubt that woman has ever touched a spice!
