You never answered the question about all the private school and DC kids and where they resided last spring.

You can deny racism/white supremacy all you want, but it is a part of the equation.

LOL. No. There is nothing racist about expecting someone to follow the rules.

Right, he probably could have gotten away with it had he not made the dramatic changes at such scale and in such a short amount of time. There is no correlation between being a successful football coach and having an above average IQ. But, football coaches are more prone to making poor judgments and operating in the ethical gray zone because they are focused on winning and outcomes, and the ones with lower IQs are more susceptible to finding themselves in the situation Overton is currently in.

Maury, the top school in the 5A class, beat a team 97-0. Nowadays it’s no so uncommon to see these kind of lopsided scores.

With so many investigations at Freedom clearing coach, likely believed anything did at Freedom would be ok at Hayfield. Otherwise, agree wouldn’t put up a big neon blinking sign if don’t want to be noticed. Reason think will be a lot of “we didn’t know,” “didn’t mean,” “others doing.”

The evidence must be overwhelming for a two year ban.

If Hayfield cheated in any games, those wins should convert to losses because 1 loss could be the deciding factor in a team’s seeding or advancing to the playoffs

If VHSL is focused on unethical recruiting, then they may not award any Forfeits b/c the cheating didn't technically happen at the game.

Not saying Overton didn’t break the rules. I need more information to determine if he did. However, I do know some white coaches that are doing the things Overton is accused of and we aren’t hearing any public complaints.

You have been saying that for a month but never actually offer up proof of another coach, who happens to be white, who recruited 20+ players in one season to his team.

A lot more flies in PWC than in Fairfax. First off, the coaches at the super schools get away with a lot more recruiting because the high school programs have open enrollment (unlike Fairfax).

And they may have traumatic brain injury from playing too much football themselves!

You’re forgetting about the team mom standoff. The original team mom was the original whistleblower. Her son now gets to make the playoffs at SoCo, so in the end she wins that standoff I guess.

Her kid was given permission to transfer after he was bullied by the coach.

She doesn’t win because she humiliated her son in the process.

Oh so you mean the kids were all eligible, but violations on Overton are some illegal recruiting tactics? Idk how they prove Overton recruited and convinced any family to move into the school zone.

Oh, my goodness. No, there were definitely ineligible players! At least 7 were hastily deleted from the roster the day before the first game. 4 of those were never added back in. And that's without getting into the bona fide residency issue and fake homelessness.

However it sounds like VHSL is focusing on blatant recruiting violations---easier to prove and less messy-- and certainly they have evidence in writing. Could be the head coach or any of his minions-we saw how dumb some of the assistants are with the druggie texting children to get high.

So the race-baiter claims, again, where's the proof?

I believe hayfield and soco are in different playoff trees

And soco has been fairly strong for the last few years so transferring there is almost a guarantee to make the playoffs
