The games are highly attended. Even tonight, during a holiday, when so many are out of town for the extended 4 days off.

Yes, everyone wants to see the cheater show. No one showed up for poor Falls Church.

Most people don't go to away games. I only go to my kids home games. It's not odd for the home team to have more attendance.

Yeah, and Hayfield is in an inconvenient location

Washington and Liberty and Madison at blowing teams out in a similar fashion. Guess its ok for some schools to do it.

When they are blowing away a school like South County 63 to zero, something is definitely amiss.

SoCo traditionally beats Hayfield by a wide margin.

Last year, SoCo beat Hayfield 53 to 9.

That is a tremendous point swing between the two schools, statistically impossible unless something untowardly happened.

Last year, Madison beat SoCo by only 1 touchdown, 21-14.

Based on how Hayfield trounced SoCo, Hayfield is going to completely embarrass Madison when they meet in the playoffs.

Madison is going to lose by 50 to 60 points, and will probably not score once.

Ok so So County ran the score up on Hayfield last year. 63-0 was payback. The Chantilly coach was mouthing off before last weeks game before Chantilly got what they got. What goes around comes back sometimes.

What a terrible example the hayfield coach is.

None of the players or coaches are from Hayfield, so none of them have a score to settle.

The only person with a score to settle might be the principal/administration.

But not the players. They aren't Hayfield players.

They were a Hayfield uniform and VHSL says they are Hayfield players so sorry to break it to you, but they're Hayfield players.

Proof the Chantilly coach was "mouthing off"? The Chantilly principal is one of the best in all of FCPS. I HIGHLY DOUBT this occurred.

Well, some of them wear a Hayfield uniform. Still a bunch of ineligible kids lurking in street clothes on the sidelines. That's against VHSL rules as well.

True, but of course a program like Falls Church will be especially dispirited and in general opposing fans aren’t going to want to be any part of the sordid little spectacle that Hayfield has assembled. Trash school.

Payback for whom? Almost all of the starters aren't even Hayfield players. The score last year was 53-9. That's in the realm of regular football scores.

53-9 and 63-0 are similar scores. Guess it’s cool when your team is on the winning side, but classless and running the score up when your team is losing.

Nope, not really. A game where a team scores 9 is a complrtely different game from a team
Scoring zero, falls church couldn't even get a first down last night.

The Chantilly Coach sent an email which said “This week, we will host the most controversial team the VHS has ever permitted to play. The Hayfield Hawks will visit us this Friday. Our organic roster of Chantilly students will put 3-0 on the line against the best roster of transfers ever assembled in VHSL history.”

Personally I don’t think that’s mouthing off. That’s just facts.

Is that why all those grown adult syncophants, "Jesus coaches" and creepy hangers-on kept using the word "organic" in their vile social media posts?
