Malaysia Airlines Flight Goes Missing En Route to China

Why choose this flight then? Was his anger directed at China with the largest number of passengers, then?

We need to try to channel Amelia Earhart. I know someone who can but she is usually pretty booked on Friday nights and weekends. But she might agree, in an emergency such as this.

China has the best Hackers
America has the best Weapon
Russia has the best Spies

But NONE of them can find a plane?

The 777 had a software problems were someone could hack the plane from the passenger wifi. They said they fixed it.

No idea, but I thought the theory was that the earth quake was actually the plane coming down.

The seismic activity was bc Desmond forgot to push the button, thus shattering the electromagnetic field, bringing down the plane.

This is scary:

"An Asia-based pilot of a Boeing 777-200, who asked not to be identified because he was not authorized to speak to reporters, said an ascent above the plane’s service limit of 43,100 feet, along with a depressurized cabin, could have rendered the passengers and crew unconscious, and could be a deliberate maneuver by a pilot or a hijacker."

I can't believe the NYT printed this. So, is this supposed hijacker wearing a space suit? Did he hide it in his carry on luggage? How else would this hijacker survive in that altitude? If the cabin is depressurized, the temperature drops to what?? The hijacker would be frozen along with everyone else.

If it's true the plane ascended at some point, it's possible a malfunction in the autopilot did this? A struggle in the cockpit? Sabotage? An explosion?

Whatever happened, I'm betting it's malfunction + pilot error. My heart goes out to the families. Unbearable for them.

They're saying he was a suicide terrorist and that's how he killed himself and everyone else. More cowardly to die that way rather than crashing.

If that is is the case, "cowardly" would have been the least of his concerns.

No, that was his ONLY concern. Death at that point was certain but he could choose impact or passing out.
