| She’s pretentious and these friendships felt horribly fake and the whole thing was just stilted. So stilted. But, it’s very pretty and she’s very pretty. She’s just not warm or fun or funny or interesting. And she does look nice but her fashion is so basic. It’s hard to get excited about. |

Kate is known for her cooking skills? The only story I know about Kate in the kitchen is when she made cupcakes with her kids from a boxed mix. [/quote] She cooks for her family but has never made a point to brag about it. |

I don't think Catherine would put herself out there as an expert chef, but when she has been asked, William and Catherine say they make curries, salmon, pizza for the kids, pretty normal stuff. I think it has mainly come up because the British Royal Family has traditionally always had chefs for every meal, but Catherine came from a very different background and was raised in a more upper middle class as opposed to aristocratic family. She and William are a bit more hands-on with some of the tasks of homemaking, though I am sure they aren't scrubbing the kitchen floor or anything like that. |

But the media can publish pictures with the faces blurred out. They do it all the time with Dax Shephard and Kristen Bell's kids. There are no pictures of Meghan out with her kids in the last year or so on a school or shopping outing. That is unusual for someone who claims to be a hands on parent of two young kids. |

Yeah but Meghan and Harry don't live in LA. They have a house in Montecito on a big piece of property with extensive gardens and a pool. The kids probably host playdates or go to other people's homes for playdates. Harry has said he likes to ride his bike with Archie and I think they walk down to the beach near their house. I don't get the feeling they hit the town with their kids. I am no Meghan fan but I understand why she would be private about her kids. Look at the vitriol she gets (not saying she hasn't made herself an easy target in some respects, just saying I get why the kids are so sheltered). |

Actually I think Megan would sell pap photos of her kids in a second. Anything for attention. I get the feeling it’s Harry who is very protective and won’t let them be public figures. |

Where are you going with this? Do you think she’s not as hands on as she says? Or are you one of these conspiracy theorists who think she doesn’t have kids? I agree with you that a typical hands on mom will be out and about. Target runs. Farmers market. Children’s museum. Playground. And there would be a lot of pictures or even testimonials from others who saw them. My guess is that she IS a hands on mom, but those kids are Locked. Down. Play dates only with their closest friends and other than that, the kids only play on their estate and at their private school. Actually sounds like a really crappy childhood. William’s kids probably have a similar upbringing. |

Probably bc she wants to be in the public eye but nothing she does gains broad approval. She is reviled. And she is living in a fancy community in California where she and Harry are probably about average and will need to work to maintain the lifestyle that they want. Who wouldn't be miserable under these circumstances? The best thing they could do for their mental health is move to a "normal" rich person community, get jobs out of the public eye, and focus on rebuilding relationships with their friends and family. |

A TV producer on Tik Tok thought that Meghan seemed nervous on the show and that the producer of the show should have done a better job helping her find a rhythm as the host. The lifestyle and entertainment area is a popular alternative for former actors, but they probably need help when they have to be themselves instead of a character. |

But what job could they get? Would Meghan offer acting classes? Work in a fashion boutique? I just don't see her applying to work at a catering company. Who would hire Harry, and to do what exactly? He has no management skills and there aren't many jobs related to being a former soldier or pilot. Is he going to be a mechanic? |
