This whole debate is so UnAmerican. Reading through this proves what I hoped wasn't true. Soooo based on your logic, are there consequences to freedom of assembly? If one has the right to assemble but that assembly turns into a deadly and violent brawl at the United States Capitol does your right to assembly also not protect you from the consequences of your assembly?
