Patel has already helped the defense in huge ways such that getting a conviction may be a challenge. |
Utah prosecutors going to be sweating profusely worrying about backup like that. They better hope they can get it done without the clown show. |
Silly take. I've been a prosecutor for 10 years. There is virtually zero chance of any outcome other than a conviction. Kash Patel is an idiot and a loudmouth, but he hasn't done anything that seriously decreases the chance of conviction. |
Is this all they have on him? It’s not convincing. |
That's not how that works. It's pretty easy for LE to determine whether he sent the messages. They don't necessarily rely on someone's say so. |
WaPo is publishing an exclusive news report based on randos. Nothing gets by you. |
I think this is the new talking point everyone! They will say that Robinson was a patsy and framed. He’ll get off Scott free and they’ll find some trans person to blame this on. |
It may be how it usually works but this may be an exception. |
I thought they had his DNA and gun? |
My point is that we have no idea what evidence LE has connecting him to the messages. Offhand, I can think of a few ways they could show he was the author of the messages. Running down those possibilities is standard in any prosecution that relies on digital evidence like this. |
Yeah, ok. He missed the vigil. It was in his back yard and he couldn't be bothered. He really can't stoop any lower. |
That’s not how it works. IP addresses. Stop trying to muddy the waters. Dude’s guilty. He’ll probably get off if he proves to be a big enough sycophant. Maybe Charlie’s wife will do him. |
An account can be hacked. IP addresses are dynamic. |
I know you’re just trying to sow doubt, but it doesn’t work that way. you know it and we all know it. anybody reading this - the PP isn’t instigator, another online troll, probably a teenager. Why don’t you go back to your Dischord server? |
Is an instigator! |
