Maybe it is a good idea to unplug and go take a walk.

Nobody in real life cares about this. It’s a very online thing. And nobody but a few million boomers a day even watches cable news.

Our president and VP care. And they have declared war on Americans. It’s horrifying that what they are saying is interpreted as a political horse race. More people are going to die. We’ll be Hungry in 3 months.

Nah. I’m a lawyer. Once upon a time, political discussion was a great place to get smart legal analyses of Constitutional and Afedersl issues from people who really knew their stuff. No vibes. No feels. Actual facts. Disagreements, but people brought a much higher level of thought and analysis and a lot less popping off. Jeff participate more and had to stop fewer food fights.

His widow has zero shame. This is all beyond creepy and gross.

Just shows how stupid MAGA are. Neither are "heroes". Both were murdered. That's about it.

How stupid MAGA is? You brainwashed dummies on the left had a gold casket for this career criminal and even had a statue erected in his honor. The BLM riots caused almost 2 billion dollars in damage due to riots and "mostly peaceful protests". It is like you idiots on the left live in a different reality.

He wasn't a hero. His death did inspire many people stop work to stop the police brutality against black men (and POC in general). That is a really good thing.

And speaking of living in an alternate reality, here's an AI summary for you, since you are too lazy to look for the facts yourself, liar. Look in the mirror if you want to see a brainwashed dummy.

No, the vast majority of Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests were peaceful, though a small minority were violent. Studies by organizations like ACLED found that over 93% of demonstrations were non-violent. Media portrayals often emphasized the violent incidents, leading to a skewed perception of the overall movement.

Key Findings on BLM Protest Violence:
Overwhelmingly Peaceful: Data from the summer of 2020, which saw a significant surge in BLM-associated protests, shows that the vast majority were peaceful and non-violent.

Minority of Violent Incidents: While a small percentage of protests involved violence, such as property destruction and looting, these events received disproportionate media attention

Geographic Variation: Violent incidents were concentrated in a smaller number of locations, while peaceful demonstrations occurred across thousands of locations nationwide.

Shifting Trends: Some studies noted that BLM protests became even more peaceful over time, with over 96% of protests between June and September 2020 remaining non-violent.

Media Portrayal: Critics of the movement often highlighted the violent events to delegitimize the broader goals of the Black Lives Matter movement.

Examples of Violent Events:
During the peak of the protests in late May and June 2020, some demonstrations involved vandalism and the burning of buildings.
In some areas, such as Kenosha, WI, there were fatal shootings during clashes between protesters and counter-protesters.

Violence Against Protesters:
It's also important to note that BLM protesters themselves faced significant violence, including heavy-handed responses from law enforcement.
Reports documented police using tear gas, pepper spray, and rubber bullets against non-violent demonstrators

I agree but the issue is that we have otherwise sane and logical people literally cheering his killing.

I’ve seen so many disgusting comments from people I work with and friends. It terrifies me to see this kind of hatred is inside them for another human.

If you want to be mourned in death, live a better life. It is as simple as that. Most people view this as a case of F’d Around and Found Out.

So you are ok with someone killing another human because we don’t like what they say or believe?

I hate the message he was spreading but I don’t think that it’s right to kill another person for what they say.

No one is saying that. It is only the twisted minds of MAGA who would take post after post that says things like

His murder was wrong, but he was a terrible person.

And then ask

Why did you want him dead?

MAGA, stop projecting your twisted desire to kill people you don't like onto the rest of normal society. Stop with your double standards, where the POTUS and VP and GOP senators and house members can threaten violence against everyday people who have done nothing but someone who simply says, I didn't like Charlie Kirk is supposed to be destroyed to satisfy MAGA bloodlust.

Did you see the post here that got deleted but showed some weird guy talking about Kirk's blood pouring out? Deranged person in video.

They think death is just like how it happens in the movies or video games. Why would blood splatter on the wall behind him if he was shot from the front? There was no brain matter, it wasn’t a headshot

Yeah it’s horrible but let’s find the real murderer, because there’s not much if any evidence with this Tyler guy.

No evidence? He confessed online. That’s not good enough evidence for you?

They CLAIM he confessed online. But have they provided any forensically sound EVIDENCE that he did this?

Tyler Robinson allegedly wrote in a small group chat, “Hey guys, I have bad news for you all. It was me at UVU yesterday. im sorry for all of this,” two people familiar with the chat told The Washington Post.

This could have been anyone claiming to be him.

That’s not how it works. IP addresses. Stop trying to muddy the waters. Dude’s guilty. He’ll probably get off if he proves to be a big enough sycophant. Maybe Charlie’s wife will do him.

An account can be hacked. IP addresses are dynamic.

With any digital evidence, there's almost always the possibility that a message or post was sent/made by someone other than the defendant. The Discord posts are just one piece of the bigger evidentiary picture.

The question isn't whether there's a possibility that someone else sent the messages. The question the jury will have to answer is whether, in light of all of the evidence, including the Discord messages (giving them whatever weight they feel appropriate in light of the possibility you're highlighting), there is reasonable doubt that Robinson murdered Kirk.

Charlie Kirk killing: Suspect had 'obsession' with the conservative influencer, FBI says

FBI Director Kash Patel also announced on "Fox & Friends" that DNA found at the crime scene, specifically the towel wrapped around the firearm used in the shooting, and on a screwdriver, links Robinson to the killing of the conservative influencer.

In a separate Fox News appearance, Patel said that Robinson "admitted" to assassinating Kirk.

"We've collected information through witness interviews, from the FBI and local law enforcement, that he essentially admitted after the shooting, an assassination of Charlie Kirk, the suspect admitted to it," Patel said on "Hannity" Monday night.

Patel said the FBI found "a text message exchange, where he, the suspect's specifically stated he had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and he would do that. When asked why, he said some hatred cannot be negotiated with.”

Patel told Hannity seized multiple devices from the suspect’s home and his " romantic partner.”

Law enforcement officials have also discovered evidence that Robinson was tracking Kirk's events and public appearances through public information on the internet, law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation told ABC News.

Officials also told ABC News they have gathered evidence showing Robinson had gained a familiarity with the Utah Valley University campus, including looking at maps of the campus in the days before the attack.

Just like Tyler’s DNA was planted in the towel?

And how his likeness was photoshopped running all over campus.

And the crisis actor “they” (who?) hired to walk around the stairwell.

Or they photoshopped him in.

Damn Trump, framing this innocent kid!!
