DP but James Kolar listed sources in his book, foreign faction. It is rare but not at all of unheard of for boys around burkes age to have sexually assaulted and murdered. Furthermore, treatment for young kids with sexually aggressive behavior is usually very successful and can be completed in a few months or less (according to the sources in the book.) The family also had books in the home that patsy’s mother had purchased for her about sexually aggressive kids and kids who were not able to tell right from wrong. I’m assuming she did not buy them for guidance on parenting jonbenet. |
That’s not a source. You can’t just say what you want and pretend its a fact. |
That’s right. He has documented sources in his book which you’d know if you read it. |

I have no idea what happened.
But I see the evidence of the "cover-up" explanation. But one question I keep asking is: why didn't they actually remove her body? If they wanted to fake the kidnapping, why stage her body in the house? Even in a moment of stress and panic, they would be know that she would be found quickly in the house. And tbh, they dont seem dumb. They would know they that they would need to slink away and dispose of the body somewhere else |
He’s a nobody with a self published book. That’s not how it works. You must be James trying to drum up interest in your self serving book nobody read. |
I think the suitcase in the basement was intended to transport her somewhere. I don’t know what happened but obviously that didn’t materialize. I assume patsy ran out of time/couldn't bring herself to dispose of the body/had no discreet and quick way to do it and John was not in the picture until he woke up early the next morning. |
Yeah, this is my problem with this case is that there’s so much conjecture and rumors out there. You can go on one Reddit thread and he had a major problem smearing feces, but then you go on another and it was a one time issue and the box of candy was never tested and could’ve been chocolate… So who knows how extensive his issues really were. It’s the same with the rumor that there were three people talking on the 911 call. People keep saying this, but the only actual recording I found online is the one where Patsy hangs up and you can hear her say please help me Jesus. Which actually seems like a rational thing to say in the situation. I’ve never heard recordings that sound even remotely like there are other people talking. I’m not denying that this is true, but where are they? At this point it’s hard to know what were rumors that got out of hand and what are facts. I think the defamation cases that were won or settled are really telling. It seems the Ramseys have been successful with those which makes it seem irresponsible of those writing books and making documentaries saying things like Burke did it. It’s all conjecture and no one knows. |
Lol I love this go to response on dcum when someone dissents. “Oh look, Mila kunis/ashton Kutcher/kate Middleton/Prince Andrew/taylor swift/Hilaria Baldwin/the pope are here defending themselves.” I am most certainly not James kolar. But I was interested in the case about ten years ago and thought his book held the best logical explanation of what transpired. And he’s not a nobody, he was the lead investigator on the case in the early 2000s and knows a lot more than you or I. |
You're obviously not in the right state of mind when doing something like this. Either way, the letter is the smoking gun: the late mom wrote it. Everything else is noise. |
The lead investigator from the department that completely bungled the crime scene? He’s a clown. |
| I always thought the brother did it and one or both parents covered it up rather than lose both children. |
Pretty much. They lawyered up immediately and wouldn't let police talk to the boy for over a year? |
He came on to the case years after the initial team bungled the crime scene. He had to clean up the mess. |
The mess isn’t exactly cleared up is it? This is a cold case if you recall. |
It’s never going to be cleared up because the crime scene was contaminated. But in my opinion kolar (and the grand jury) pieced together the most plausible scenario of what happened. |
