The teen driver's excessive speed (exact speed still be be proven but witnesses clearly said it was extreme) is very possibly going to negate any right of way violation the Toyota driver might have committed. But the investigation, not your speculation or mine, will determine that.

I am not going to go back and real all 50 pages but I know I posted that *I* was at fault when I was turning and another car was speeding and hit me. That is why I wrote above that I never said bmw was not at fault. I’m pretty sure it was my post.

Were you there at the scene to witness the accident and therefore know the Toyota was able to see the BMW when they started to turn? If not, you are wholly speculating because you want to blame someone other than the BMW driver for his unconscionable choice that killed two girls and may have permanently disabled a third.

No, POS. If he hadn’t been driving like a bat out of hell, this would have been nothing more than a property damage claim, and no one would have died. Their deaths are solely on him.
