Pressure texas corporations to fight back or get out of there

I believe everyone is entitled to their opinions, even if they are different than mine. You all want the world to reflect only yours. Comparing conservatives to the Taliban?! Your parents should be ashamed of the adults they raised.

You are literally supporting an agenda that is more intrusive than the Taliban. Just own it. That is the world you want to live in, where your opinions and views are literally imposed on others.

If you don't want to have an abortion, then don't have one. But to deny someone else of their right to have one, is oppression.

they don't care. The calculus is simple- the corporations want favorable tax/employment/environmental (especially the energy companies) laws and regulations, so they support republicans. For republicans to get elected, they need the christian base so you get politicians who oppose abortion, but also oppose taxes and unions. That's a win for business

I'd let my kid make her own informed decision, but her ability to access healthcare is a factor she might want to take into consideration.

I'm from the South, don't dislike the South or Southerners at all (and I know and love many conservatives), but I wouldn't begrudge my daughter making choices that let her live the life she wants to live.

NO they can not. If they do some moron can literally kill them with zero consequences.

Anyone sending a boy or a girl to any red state moving forward is an idiot. This is not going to end well. Some family will lose a child to vigilante justice. UGH

Wow. Such hate from the tolerant left.

Ironic statement, given the actions of the right.

But aren't we supposed to be better than them? Very disappointing....

No. That's a loser's game. We have to fight. Stop wringing your hands and do something.

It's going to be really difficult to avoid oil & gas purchases that aren't Houston based.

Who? This needs to figured out. What energy companies are not headquartered there? What food companies, banks, insurance, etc. Let's find them and patronize them. This law is ridiculous.

During the Depression, my grandma watched her friend's kids while she had an abortion and then cared for her friend after. Her friend couldn't afford another baby. Under this law, my grandma could be sued.

Utter cruelty.

And when are we going to start holding men accountable? All these laws, and nothing aimed at men. If a women gets pg, no support. Men: scott free.
Let's start with mandated DNA testing at a certain age, and if a women gets pg, find out paternity and hold them to as strict of laws and consequences.
This is my battle call. Take choice away from women, find a way to take choice away from men.

If you have At&T mobile, call them now and switch to Verizon. That's something "easy" that almost everyone can do. If you fly, take another airlines - United? Delta? buy Apple not Dell.
