Wow, you're right.

She accused Parkside Middle School nurse of trying to kill her son Gavin in 2016 and then had a VA Office of Civil Rights investigation into the PWCS system.

Then her mother died in a nursing home during the Covid pandemic in 2020 and Joni was back in the news.

Now its 2021 and this?

Was that one of the GoFundMes? She's had so many I just ignored them as a cash grab.

I mean is this THAT big of a deal? We have a lovely neighborhood pool and go maybe 2x a summer. I work and our kids are in camps. The only people I know who can be at the pool during the day are SAHMs. Maybe this kid needs to be in more supervised camps anyways.

From the insulin story: “In the interest of full disclosure, the father of the boy featured in our story is a WUSA9 employee in the sales department.”

These parents are attention seekers. They probably need their own reality show. The hoa is probably hoping this will finally get rid of them.

You obviously missed the mental breakdown parents were having in Summer 2020 when their pools were closed. The threads were insane. People were trying to sue their private HOAs and the local community public pools to get them to re-open. I think a lot of these parents rely on the pools for free entertainment, community bonding, and temperature-appropriate childcare during the summer.

So she burnt down the house her dad gave her and then blamed the fire department. Better hope they don’t move to your neighborhood.

The HOA better be prepared to lawyer up - this woman sounds like trouble.

It's not "free" when you are paying your HOA dues every month.

Sorry you lose the privilege when the kid doesn't respect HOA property and sets out to destroy it.

I'd like to know more about this "library" that was vandalized. It's not an actual public library, and in some of the facebook comments for the article people describe it as one of those "little free libraries"--basically about the size of a mailbox where anyone can leave or take a book.
I doubt the HOA actually installed it, I'm guessing it was a service project by a scout or other teen/kid?

But you were applying your disdain to ALL the parents in the neighborhood seeking what they rightfully pay for. The majority of families in that HOA do not have kids who vandalize the HOA property. They pay for the amenities and have the right to enjoy them--it's not "free" if you pay for it.

+1
Having them scrub the nasty toilets ALL summer is something they would never forget. Banning them for several years won't really accomplish anything except make the entire family resent the cows on the HOA board.

As noted, the best outcome for the HOA and for the neighbors is probably for the family to move. If this sticks, they might well.

An 11 yr old in October is a 6th grader. They turn 11 in fall - summer of 5th grade. Unless you redshirt. This little shit probably is. He has issues.

Wow. You're a gross person. Makes me really sad for your kid. They're probably depressed that you're their parent.

No one cares what you think.

I've seen juveniles commit far more heinous crimes, and get much less serious consequences.

Tell me how not being able to use a pool is a serious consequence??? Why don't you google Kalief Browder and then have a serious conversation.
