I did think it was odd that she was supposedly SO RICH and was on this show season after season when she didnt even appear to like the women or fit in. It did seem like "What could the motivation be for this?" when she admittedly didnt have many friends and like women. Now we know!

He also stole from women seniors who developed cancer as a result of hormone replacement therapy. To settle that case, he had to borrow millions from two banks to pay their settlement, which he clearly had previously stolen. The women had to sue him for an accounting of what they were owed and he refused to turn over his bank records.

I saw that his lawyers are raising a competency issue and want him to be evaluated, and he was recently hospitalized. The lawyer suing him says that's BS, though.

I find this so hard to believe. I think the judge was just giving Tom the benefit of the doubt and basically just giving into the request as they are both part of the good ole boys club. I can’t believe that all of sudden this dementia is so sever that he requires assisted living and a conservatorship just when he gets sued.

I have a feeling that nothing will happen to Tom. Erica will be rich people broke which means she’ll still in a multimillion dollar house but just won’t be able to fly on a private plane for her vacations. She’ll hook up with another old rich dude soon enough. She has a great body and a lot of old rich dudes in Hollywood don’t care about morals or smarts (I’m not sure she was in on it, I think she did whatever he asked and he was not really involving her in any of his financial or legal stuff despite her being the firm secretary or whatever she was).
