She hit the 20 year milestone. She incredibly smart, now she can take some before the lawsuits and move on. Plus there probably wasn’t any marriage down fall to share. I bet it was very non-dramatic. They both are assholes, but boring assholes.

Nope he's been sued a ton. Lot's of money troubles. She might be getting out. She doesn't need his money anymore.

Are we pretending that being "Erika Jayne" is that profitable? Complete with the glam squad and private jet expenses? She probably does bring in an OK amount, but with expenses so high, figured it was financially a wash.

They didn't sign a prenup according to Andy C so maybe she knows she will get some $$ from him because she doesn't make enough from the Housewives and singing gigs.. She was quoted in the past as saying as one of the most successful lawyers, he didn't need a prenup. Guess we'll see now.
