If that money is overseas it will be very difficult for the victims to recover. I doubt Erika sticks around the U.S. for very long. As a rich woman, there are plenty of jurisdictions where she can buy the equivalent of a green card.

Erika needs to go with him. She knew and didn't care. I hate her hypocritical bullying on the housewives show and no one stands up to her fake tough girl crap. How many normal people would tolerate her threats? The fact that her lawyers quit on her shows she's dishonest and hiding things related to their financial crimes.
