They are generally $40-55K... not cheap, low income and not a car. I'm a middle aged mom who drives one. I'm not looking to be cool. They are lots of fun. |
Have you priced them? That’s my biggest complaint about them. They cost the same as a middling 5-series BMW. Hardly a “lowish income” car. |
| Honestly they’re all crap. |
Actually it IS a real pick up. Under the sheet metal it’s a RAM 1500 half-ton pick up. Rear axle, suspension, brakes - all lifted directly from the RAM pick up truck line. Tow rating is lower due to lack of RAM 1500 factory tow package and brake controller. But it’s basically a half-ton pick up. |
| This is the kind of car you see a lot of enlisted military buying at 12 percent APR |
Not sure if that’s a jab at the car or military personnel but either way your joke falls flat. |
| They look trashy. |
I happen to own a Ram 2500 that I use to tow a horse trailer, so I bet I know more about technical specs than you do. Signed, 45-year old mom who still thinks that Jeep thing is hideous |
Lol. You bought a RAM so I doubt it |
| Check out the new Land Rover defender 110. |
I bet you’re one of those guys who has a bumper sticker of Calvin peeing on other truck brands. How charming! |
Entirely different market. And the new defender is totally bereft of soul. |
I bet I know what kind of haircut you have. |
Haha, well we all know yours, too-- a mullet! |
I’ll bet you don’t. Towing your dressage gelding or hunter-jumper around doesn’t mean you know anything about either El Caminos OR Gladiators. |
