Nats World Series ticket costs?

Ticket prices are likely to drop if the weather predictions prove correct for a rainy, cold weekend next weekend.

Real fans will go anyway.

Sorry not every “real fan” is able to spend $800 for a standing room ticket.

Which has nothing to do with my post about whether real fans will be dissuaded by rain.

Well let me make it clear to you, because you don’t get it. Many “really fans” are trying to sell their tickets at astronomical prices, and they will go down if the weather is going to be bad.

I get what you’re saying, I simply disagree.

I’m just trying to advise those looking to buy tickets now from some of those sites to hold off.

Sorry you can’t afford tickets, no need to be bitchy to those who can.

No, I have tickets. I’m just trying to help OP and advise to wait for prices to go down.

You don’t even want to know the prices for parking. I just checked on spot hero and my regular lot is now $90 for the night I have tickets. I might be taking metro now.

We took metro monday night and it was very orderly and fine. I think definitely the way to go vs. Trying to park. Wish a major employer with deep pockets would step up and sponsor metro staying open a couple more hours.

OP here. Thanks to the very generous offer from my sister's co-worker, my son and I have tickets (nosebleed for $289/ticket) to Sat's game! It's a lot of money for sure, but I figure it's a once-in-a-lifetime chance with the trifecta of "affordable" tickets, a weekend game my son can go to, and the first WS for the Nats.

Good luck to everyone else!

Even “nosebleed” seats are good, you’ll have a great time.
