Demi Moore nude cover

She is also very regimented in her workouts and active in general. There is a reason she looks like she does - she works damned hard at it. It is her job.

How do you know that? Carbs are not a 50 year old woman's friend. She is not eating lots of carbs. No way. No how.

Here ya go:

Complex carbs are EVERY woman's friend. Every human's friend. Not a white bagel, but a sweet potato. Yams. Like all the healthiest, longest living on the planet earth eat.

She has worked with a number of nutritionist/trainers. She eats mostly lean meat and vegetables with a small amount of complex carbs like nuts, oatmeal and quinoa.

She drinks tons of water. She does not drink alcohol or caffeine.

I can about guarantee you that her diet is low carb full of non-starchy veggies and lean protein.

Right. And a good amount of nutritious carbs like fruit, sweet potatoes, and other plants. And honey.

She doesn't remotely eat "low carb" - but the nutritional value of food. Which includes a lot of good-for-you carbs.

I don't know about the pictures, but the article that went with them was good. Good for Demi. I'm glad she is a good mom and that she is taking care of herself and is okay being on her own these days. Nice work.

The write up could not have been worse. Dunham has no talent.

I'm sure she's had botox, but no fillers - which always, always, always look weird. Even if people compliment you - they're lying. They look weird. Sorry.

Moisturize, drink lots of water, drink rarely, don't smoke, stay out of the sun, exercise (cardio AND weights), but don't fall for being super thin or skinny. Money can help with the details, but all of the aforementioned are attainable by just about everyone and will go a long way.

Also eat plenty of nutritious complex carbs like oatmeal, lentils, sweet potatoes, etc. The low carb keto super skinny chicks will age far worse.

Okay but I.lo has never drank alcohol ever. She has never spent time in the sun.

She has been doing whole 30 since January.

She has fillers in her smile lines.

Maybe this is generational, but I really don't get why people want to be on a magazine cover naked. It doesn't really show off a fashion sense. And with naked people all over the internet, it's not much of a statement either.

She did nude scenes in "About Last Night" and topless in "Striptease" and admitted to getting breast implants. The difference in size was obvious. There was no point in denying it.

How can you tell? I’m 45 and have never done anything and am in awe of her skin and it looks untouched to me.

She looks fantastic and her legs do show her age. The skin is looser/older around the knees. She's had work done elsewhere, but she looks great. I can't imagine what it must feel like to be under such immense scrutiny from the public -- damned if you age, don't age, look good, don't look good. Women can't get a break and unfortunately, it's often our fellow women who are the first to attack. She looks great. Period.

The video gif at the top of the story shows what she really looks like--and it's pretty soft and a bit flabby. The cover and other pics are obviously airbrushed. She looks tight and smooth on the cover, but she's jiggling in the video gif.

I just think Demi is a broken person. There's nothing amazing or inspirational about her as a person or as an actress. She knew she wasn't Meryl Streep or even Julia Roberts, so she resorted to sex appeal early on.

OMG. Demi does not look flabby. She looks great and she is no more airbrushed in her nude picture than the younger models are. That's the thing that people aren't seeing. Yes, she's airbrushed, her photo has been touched up... but so is everyone else's photo.

JLo looks fantastic but most women would not be willing to do what she does to look that way. She eats VERY clean, she never drinks alcohol or caffeine, she does a regimented work out every day, she keeps her sun exposure to a minimum, she pays for a team of nutritionists and trainers to keep her looking that way. Her results are so fabulous because the sacrifices she makes to get those results are worth it to her.

Anyone who thinks she eats plenty or "lots" of complex carbs are fooling themselves. She might eat lots of spinach, asparagus, broccoli but she is not pounding down sweet potatoes and quinoa like it's going out of style. I would guess that she maybe eats two tablespoons of quinoa at any given meal. Mostly she sticks to water, non-starchy vegetables and lean protein (like salmon, chicken breast).

I think she's admitted that she's had implants, hasn't she?

FWIW, my boobs got bigger after children and they have stayed bigger. So I don't think that simply having a larger bust size in your 50's than you did as a 20 something means much. That can happen naturally, too.

Anonymous wrote:I think Demi Moore has yesterdays look. Like in the 80s and early 90s the skinny, white, thin hair, no lips, no curves besides fake boobs and soft bones was what was "hot". Now it's the Kardashion, J lo, Eva Longoria, Beyonce era. You have to be thick with a small waist, thick hair, huge lips, racially mysterious, bigger frame, etc.

Really stop already with your racist narcissism.
